Apart from the cash injection, we will be creating a collaborative sales showroom as a business incubator or hub for our three nominated business owners to operate from.

- Sonae Arauco South Africa (Pty) Ltd is the Promoter of this program and works in association with The Healing Africa Foundation (NPC, PBO).
- This is a digitally run program that will commence via social media and various WhatsApp groups. Entries will be accepted via a Google form from the 1st of September 2022 to the 30th of September 2022. Thereafter, physical interviews will take place.
- Only entries received online via Sonae Arauco South Africa (Pty) Ltd official channels are valid.

- Entries will close on the 30th of September 2022. No late entries will be considered.
- To qualify for consideration, you must have been born in South Africa and you must supply proof with a valid South African ID card or book.
- This Enterprise Development Program is reserved for previously disadvantaged black South Africans only.
- The selection process will be as follows: Once entries close, Sonae Arauco South Africa (Pty) Ltd Enterprise Development team will process the information received via the application form. Anyone who does not qualify based on the above information will not be included in further evaluation. From here, the Enterprise Development board will analyse the entry information and use their discretion to short list 8 (eight) possible candidates. Thereafter, an email will be sent to the 8 (eight) qualifying candidates to attend an interview between the 10th and 14th of October.
- Candidates will be required to come for an interview should they be shortlisted as per the above program rules. Should you not be able to attend an interview your space will be filled.
- The shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email with a meeting request to attend an interview. Should you not be shortlisted, you will receive a communication to this effect and Sonae Arauco South Africa (Pty) Ltd may consider your entry for future similar programs.
- By filling in the form and accepting the terms and conditions, you accept and agree to the stipulated rules that will govern the program. Furthermore, you verify that you are aware of any reason legally prohibiting you from entering this program. Any entrant who contravenes these rules may be disqualified from the program at the company’s discretion.
- The three finalists will be notified on the 26th of October 2022 via email. Thereafter, a series of meetings will take place to allocate the investments.
- Business investment money will be distributed in the form of purchasing of supporting business infrastructure needs identified in the interview eg. fuel, data, or software based on the needs of the candidate. No cash payments will be made.
- The three investment categories are as follows: Business Investment #1: R50,000; Business Investment #2: R30,000; Business Investment #3: R20,000
- The program will run for one year.
- The rules can only be modified by Sonae Arauco South Africa (Pty) Ltd in a written revision posted on the website or any other official competition communication methods.
- Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transmission. Entries reflected on the Promoter’s records will be treated as the only validation source and will be the sole evidence of successful entries. Only one entry per person or family.
- The program may be subject to additional terms and conditions not mentioned hereunder but in accordance with relevant South African legislation.
- The Promoters reserve the right to change the allocation of the investments at anytime based on the needs of the candidate.
- You may not qualify for the program if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant (or employee of a tenant), agent, consultant, or supplier to the promoters, or their respective spouses, partners, family members (parents, siblings and children), business partners, or associates promoters and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors, and shareholders are not liable for any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses, or any costs however arising out of their participation in this program or their use of the investments, and/or any person with whom they share that investment.
- The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
- Sonae Arauco South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to the above terms and will not make any allowances for payments not made in the allocated promotional time frame.
- This program is not in any way affiliated with and/or endorsed by Facebook or any of our digital channels or affiliates.
- Candidates understand and agree that to qualify for the program, the Promoter will need to collect and use personal information to communicate with the Candidates. This information, once the Candidates have opted in, will only be used for Sonae Arauco South Africa (Pty) Ltd and will not be sold or given to any third party.
- The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify, or amend the program at any time, if deemed necessary, in their own opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
