Innovus South Africa headlines interior design publications
The arrival of Innovus in South Africa has gone from strength to strength with successful launches in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and in the digital landscape with a powerful and far-reaching virtual event.
The National Launch
The global Innovus brand has been successful throughout its European introduction. Mainstream overseas markets from over 40 countries have all seen the brand come to fruition with much acclaim.
The Innovus Decorative Products collection incorporates extraordinary versatility with Sonae Arauco’s internationally recognised quality to create an outstanding range of wood-based panels and decorative boards.
The online launch introduced by Sonae Arauco South Africa, was the first event on the 5th of May and was attended by participants from all over the country with an introduction from Michelle Quintao, Marketing Director for Sonae Arauco Portugal and a keynote address from Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for South Africa, Robin Kuriakose and Product and Communication Manager, Paul Lerios.
The New Décors
As innovation in décor trends continue to move forward, so too does the desire to match those trends with new and exciting options. That being said, Innovus has proudly released three exciting new decors to complement its ever-expanding collection of E1 certified decorative products within the Innovus range.
Joining our existing blend of stunning décor categories and marking the official arrival of Innovus is the regal Woodgrain Sanctuary, the rich and cosmopolitan tones of the Unicolour Castle Grey, and the sublime and detailed texture of the Fantasies category, Elmina.
These new décors have been featured alongside the award-winning Stucco finish which will be available for selected Unicolour decors.

2 – South African Décor & Design
SA Décor and Design is a media house specialising in the publication of an annually released hardcover sourcing guide for the Décor and Design industry, as well as a content rich website and blog which works to support a diverse selection of suppliers.
Authored by recognised design expert Marcia Margolius, the website offers inspiration to all who are passionate about interior design. Naturally, Sonae Arauco’s commitment to matching the latest trends whilst meeting sustainable goals was a massive draw for Marcia.

3 – The Kitchen Specialists Association
Established in 1989 by members of the kitchen industry, the Kitchen Specialists Association is a non-profit industry body managed by regional committees in Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal, and Western Cape which is overseen by a national committee.
Sonae Arauco works closely with KSA with our wood-based decorative products often taking the spotlight in their blog articles. This time, it’s no different with an interesting blog highlighting not only the launch of the new décors, but also featuring the digital drawing focus to both the 3D simulator and the Innovus App.
