Our new factory: faster production time
At the end of 2019, we officially launched our newly-improved factory in White River and the star of the show – a state of the art Dieffenbacher Melamine Press which is the first of its kind in Africa. 2020 promises to be a milestone year for Sonae Arauco as our newly-improved factory facilitates unparalleled efficiency in its fast-paced production of melamine faced boards.
Centralised distribution and faster delivery
The opening of our new factory has enabled us to centralise our operations to one single plant, which in turn means that we will be distributing our wood-based panels from one central location, enabling us to offer our customers faster delivery on our products. Our new factory not only produces our boards at a significantly faster pace, but it also has the capacity to load up to five trucks at a time, all under one roof.
