What is Interzum Cologne?
Interzum is the world’s leading trade fair where designers come together to showcase their innovative and ingenious interior and furniture designs. The 2019 Interzum saw a spectacular 1800 exhibitors from 60 countries displaying their designs for 74000 visitors.
New Designs
Sonae Arauco went to Interzum to showcase our incredible new designs, the Three-Dimensional Fiberboard, 3DF. This innovative new product has the ability to be shaped and moulded into different forms, allowing deep structures to be formed in the wood and demonstrating a new dimension of visual intrigue into the fiberboard. Sonae Arauco’s 3DF can be used in furniture frontals, doors, seats, wall panels and numerous other applications.
What inspiration did we take home?
At the close of Interzum, we walked away with the High Product Quality Award – highly illustrious Intelligent Material & Design. This highly regarded award takes many elements of a potential winning product design into consideration such as the innovative aspects of the material, the function as well as the design. We left Interzum with an undeniable excitement to launch 3DF across the globe.
We create innovative, trendy, wood-based panels which inspire interior designers and architects globally. We proved this at Interzum 2019.
